My oh so difficult diesel Touareg battery was poached. Not only did they replace it ( without an appointment) they calibrated it and ensured that everything was working correctly ( including my windows) for 1/2 the price Canada Tire wanted! A+!

The young man, whose name I do not know, was very helpful with what I was needing, a spare key cut for my vehicle. After program the new key, turned out my battery died, he took the time to replace the battery, reprogram the keys and made sure everything was ok before I went on my way. Highly recommend All Battery.

I called All Battery inquiring on a battery for my VW Van. The young man I spoke with was John and he assured me they had one. I drove down, was greeted by John and in 15 minutes had a new battery and was on my way. Excellent customer service. There was a few people there while I was waiting and I noticed each person was greeted friendly and service was quick , speedy and very professional. All Battery has best prices and warranty. Couldn’t get any better, excellent all the way around . (Even working out of containers, due to a fire, these young men are organized). Would recommend as excellent.
The battery I bought from them this time was faulty. It died overnight. Tried to return it and was told I store credit only. The guys there told me it was up to “Jason”, the owner and he would call me. Hasn’t called, hasn’t responded to voicemail, email. It’s disappointing as I’ve always been treated well there. Something has changed. I’m left with filing a claim in small claims to get my money back. I’ll never go back.
I have felt with all battery since they started and it has always been a good experience, top notch.
